📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Process payroll using SAP Payroll software
- Handle employee onboarding and offboarding procedures
- Manage employee attendance and leave requests
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Assist with recruitment and selection processes
- Maintain and update employee records
- Provide HR support to store managers and team members
- Participate in HR-related projects and initiatives
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR or related field
- Knowledge of SAP Payroll software
- Understanding of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team and under pressure
- Fluency in both English and Indonesian
- Willingness to work temporary hours
