In this role, you will work closely with our sales team to manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial inquiry to post-sale support. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of medical device transactions, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations, and providing excellent customer service to our clients.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Support the sales team in managing the end-to-end sales process for medical devices.
• Maintain accurate records of medical device transactions and inventory.
• Ensure compliance with local and international regulations related to medical device sales.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of necessary documentation for regulatory approvals.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Assist in the organization and coordination of medical device demonstrations and training sessions.
• Support the team in maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies and improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a similar discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related role within the healthcare or medical device industry.
• Strong knowledge of medical device regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with medical device software such as Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and adapt to a fast-paced work setting.
