📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain relationships with warehouse partners, ensuring that their operations align with our standards and requirements.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams to resolve operational issues, ensuring that our fulfillment operations run smoothly.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive operational reports and dashboards using tools like SAP and JDA.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections of warehouse operations to ensure compliance with our standards and regulations.
• Work closely with our procurement and supply chain teams to optimize our fulfillment operations and reduce costs.
• Provide training and support to warehouse staff to improve their performance and productivity.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in logistics and fulfillment operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in logistics and fulfillment operations.
• Proven experience with warehouse management systems like SAP, JDA, or similar tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve operational issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
• Certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
