📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the daily operations of the Fabric Department, including fabric storage, organization, and retrieval.
• Support the cutting team by preparing and organizing fabric rolls for cutting.
• Assist in the preparation of fabric samples for quality control and design approvals.
• Help maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all materials are stored safely and efficiently.
• Assist in the preparation of fabric for printing and dyeing processes, as needed.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure timely completion of fabric-related tasks.
• Assist in the preparation of fabric for sewing and garment assembly, as needed.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within the fashion or textile industry.
• Familiarity with fabric types, properties, and care instructions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of fabric storage and handling best practices.
• Ability to lift and move heavy fabric rolls and materials.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and processes.
• Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
