📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the LNG plant, ensuring compliance with international standards and regulations.
• Lead and mentor a team of highly skilled professionals, fostering a culture of safety and operational excellence.
• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify and mitigate potential risks.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of operations and maintenance activities.
• Monitor and analyze plant performance metrics, providing actionable insights to the management.
• Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations, and implement measures to minimize the environmental impact.
• Participate in project management activities, including planning, execution, and closure of projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in LNG plant operations, with a strong background in process safety and project management.
• Certifications in Process Safety Management (PSM) and Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) are highly desirable.
• Proven experience in leading and managing teams in a high-pressure environment.
• Proficiency in using industry-standard software such as SAP, Aspen HYSYS, and other relevant tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Familiarity with international standards and regulations related to LNG operations is a plus.
