- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the China/Taiwan market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and client needs.
- Develop and present sales proposals and presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Track and report on sales performance and market trends.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve quarterly and annual targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the digital advertising or related industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of the China/Taiwan market and its advertising landscape.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
