📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct thorough evaluations and appraisals of luxury goods, including jewelry, watches, and handbags, using industry-standard tools and software such as ValuSoft and LuxeVal.
• Collaborate with retail partners to ensure accurate inventory management and valuation.
• Provide expert advice and recommendations to clients on the value and authenticity of luxury items.
• Stay up-to-date with market trends and industry standards to ensure that our valuations are accurate and competitive.
• Prepare detailed reports and documentation for each valuation, including photographs, condition reports, and market analysis.
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to network with professionals and stay informed about the latest developments in the luxury goods market.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring that they receive the highest level of satisfaction and support.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to share knowledge and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Jewelry Appraisal, Gemology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury goods valuation, with a strong background in jewelry, watches, and handbags.
• Certification from a recognized institution such as the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) or the International Gemological Association (IGA).
• Proficiency in industry-standard valuation software such as ValuSoft, LuxeVal, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of market trends, pricing, and the factors that influence the value of luxury goods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and retail partners.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and professionalism.
• Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken form.
