In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial reports, ensuring compliance with local and international accounting standards, and providing valuable insights to support strategic decision-making. Working closely with the Finance Team and other departments, you will use tools like SAP and Excel to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, for the Head Office and branch operations
• Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards, such as GAAP and IFRS
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with the Finance Team to develop and implement financial processes and controls
• Provide financial support to other departments, such as Sales, Operations, and Human Resources
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Prepare and submit tax returns and other regulatory filings
• Stay up-to-date with the latest accounting trends, regulations, and technologies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial reporting, preferably in a similar role
• Proficiency in using SAP and Excel for financial reporting and analysis
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and regulatory requirements
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
