🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in fleet and vessel management.
• Proven track record in leading technical operations and managing teams.
• Certifications in ISO 9001, ISM Code, or other relevant maritime standards.
• Strong knowledge of international maritime laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with fleet management software like Maximo, SAP, or VesselView.
• Leadership and strategic planning skills with a focus on operational excellence.
