🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail operations management, with a focus on store operations and team leadership.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple retail stores and driving operational excellence.
• Strong knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Certification in retail operations management or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is required.
