📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Capture high-quality photographs and videos for a variety of clients and projects, including weddings, events, commercial work, and editorial shoots.
• Develop creative concepts and visual stories that align with our clients' visions and brand identities.
• Manage and organize photo and video shoots, including coordinating with models, locations, and other stakeholders.
• Edit and post-process images and videos using industry-standard software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and Premiere Pro.
• Collaborate with our marketing team to ensure visual content meets our clients' and our own brand standards.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in photography and videography, and continuously seek opportunities to improve your skills.
• Maintain a professional portfolio that showcases your best work and demonstrates your range and versatility.
• Deliver projects on time and within budget, meeting or exceeding client expectations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience as a professional photographer and videographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in using industry-standard photography and videography equipment, including cameras, lenses, lighting, and editing software.
• A keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of composition, lighting, and color theory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
