📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and track outstanding payments using our in-house collection system and accounting software.
• Follow up with clients to ensure timely payment of invoices.
• Negotiate payment plans with clients to resolve overdue accounts.
• Prepare and submit collection reports to management.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve collection issues.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collections activities.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance collection skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in collections or related field.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
