📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and beverage specialties to customers.,Maintain and operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment.,Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and work area.,Assist in inventory management and restocking of coffee beans, syrups, and other supplies.,Provide excellent customer service, including taking orders and handling customer inquiries.,Stay updated with the latest coffee trends and techniques to continuously improve the quality of our beverages.,Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Barista in a coffee shop or similar environment.,Proven ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.,Knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.,Familiarity with basic coffee terminology and industry standards.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new coffee trends and techniques.
