📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential legal and compliance issues.
• Train employees on compliance matters and foster a culture of compliance within the organization.
• Monitor and stay abreast of evolving regulations in Indonesia's fintech landscape.
• Assist in the preparation and review of legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
• Provide legal advice and support to the fintech team on compliance-related matters.
• Ensure that our operations align with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with external legal counsel and regulatory bodies as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in legal and compliance roles, preferably in the fintech or financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian financial regulations, including but not limited to OJK, BI, and other relevant regulatory bodies.
• Excellent knowledge of legal and compliance software, such as DocuSign, Clio, or similar.
• Professional certification in legal or compliance-related fields, such as CPA, CPA/ABV, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
