📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Optimize Airbnb listings to maximize visibility and bookings
• Enhance guest experiences through strategic ecommerce solutions
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions
• Develop and implement marketing campaigns to attract and retain guests
• Manage pricing strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy rates
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Utilize Airbnb's Host Tools and other relevant software to streamline operations
• Provide regular reports and insights to the management team

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, or a related field
• Proven track record of success in the hospitality industry, preferably with Airbnb
• Familiarity with Airbnb's Host Tools and other ecommerce platforms
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of Bali's tourism market and local regulations
