Resto Krisna Butik is looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our warehouse. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inventory management, logistics, and team leadership. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth flow of goods and efficient warehouse operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including inventory management, receiving, and shipping.,Manage a team of warehouse staff, ensuring they are trained and motivated to perform their tasks efficiently.,Implement and maintain inventory control systems to ensure accurate stock levels and reduce waste.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to manage the receipt and storage of goods.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and warehouse policies.,Monitor warehouse performance metrics and make recommendations for improvement.,Handle any warehouse-related issues or conflicts that may arise.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management software and systems.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Familiarity with safety regulations and warehouse best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.
