📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for software, hardware, and services.,Collaborate with engineers, developers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure accuracy.,Edit and proofread documents to ensure clarity, correctness, and consistency.,Develop user manuals, quick reference guides, and other technical materials.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Provide training and support to internal teams on technical writing standards and tools.,Participate in cross-functional projects and contribute to the overall product development lifecycle.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a similar role.,Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar platforms.,Understanding of software development processes and methodologies.,Excellent communication and collaboration skills.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
