📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of technical content,Review and edit technical documents to ensure clarity, consistency, and adherence to style guidelines,Develop user manuals, quick start guides, and other user-facing documentation,Assist in the creation of training materials and tutorials,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Provide subject matter expertise to support product development and marketing efforts

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, Communications, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a similar role,Strong writing and editing skills with a focus on accuracy and clarity,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker, or Confluence,Experience with creating and maintaining user manuals, quick start guides, and other user-facing documentation,Understanding of software development processes and methodologies,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team
