DyKa Konsultama is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to join our team and drive our Enterprise ICT & B2B Solutions business. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and contribute to the growth and success of our company. As a Strategic Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing key client relationships, developing and executing sales strategies, and ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and grow key client accounts within the Enterprise ICT & B2B Solutions portfolio.,Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their business needs are met.,Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner.,Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive business growth.,Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on client performance and sales progress.,Identify new business opportunities and drive their successful implementation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field.,Proven track record of successfully managing and growing client accounts.,Strong understanding of Enterprise ICT and B2B Solutions.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
