📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement new menu items and recipes.,Supervise and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.,Ensure food quality, safety, and compliance with health regulations.,Manage inventory and procurement of food ingredients.,Plan and execute daily kitchen operations.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Proven culinary expertise and a strong understanding of food preparation techniques.,Knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisines.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards.,Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field (preferred but not required).
