📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.,Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting and compliance with GAAP and local regulations.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.,Lead and mentor junior accountants and provide training and development opportunities.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial data integrity and support business decisions.,Stay updated with the latest accounting standards and technologies to enhance our financial processes.,Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.,Handle audits and ensure compliance with internal controls and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior role.,Strong knowledge of GAAP and Indonesian accounting standards.,Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
