Toko Kirana Dental Clinic is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing key client relationships to drive sales growth and ensure customer satisfaction.

This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in Indonesia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for dental care.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Identify sales opportunities and propose solutions to meet client requirements.
  • Monitor client accounts and provide regular reports on performance and trends.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the clinic remains competitive.
  • Manage and mentor junior sales staff to ensure they meet performance targets.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the clinic.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the dental industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with dental products and services is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
