📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize procurement processes to ensure timely delivery of supplies and materials.,Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices and terms for our hotel.,Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities and transactions.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders for restocking as needed.,Evaluate and recommend new suppliers to improve our procurement processes.,Ensure compliance with all procurement policies and procedures.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.,Provide regular reports on procurement activities and performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong negotiation and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant procurement software.,Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian procurement laws and regulations is a plus.,Familiarity with the hospitality industry is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
