📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all maritime operations to ensure smooth and efficient daily activities.,Monitor and maintain compliance with maritime regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies.,Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve operational goals.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to ensure adherence to safety protocols.,Manage and maintain operational records and reports for regulatory and internal purposes.,Lead and mentor operational staff to ensure high performance and job satisfaction.,Participate in decision-making processes to drive the operational strategy of the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in maritime operations management.,Proven track record of managing maritime operations with a focus on safety and efficiency.,Strong knowledge of maritime regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.,Familiarity with operational management software and tools.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
