📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Translate marketing materials, product descriptions, and promotional content from Indonesian to Mandarin and vice versa.
• Ensure accurate and culturally appropriate translations for our e-commerce and retail platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to facilitate clear communication.
• Utilize translation software such as SDL Trados, memoQ, or similar to maintain consistency in terminology.
• Proofread and edit translations to ensure high-quality output.
• Stay updated with industry trends and e-commerce developments in both Indonesian and Chinese markets.
• Assist in the localization of our digital platforms to better serve our Chinese audience.
• Provide translation support for customer service interactions to ensure a positive customer experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience as a Mandarin Translator, preferably in the e-commerce or retail industry.
• Fluent in both Indonesian and Mandarin (written and spoken).
• Understanding of e-commerce and retail concepts and terminology.
• Experience with translation software such as SDL Trados, memoQ, or similar.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent proofreading and editing abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor's degree in Translation, Linguistics, or a related field.
