📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily cashier operations and ensure accurate and efficient transactions.,Train and mentor junior cashiers to maintain high service standards.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Monitor cash handling and inventory to prevent losses and shortages.,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Prepare and submit accurate financial reports on a regular basis.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth business operations.,Promote a positive and productive work environment for the cashier team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in cashier or customer service roles.,Proven leadership and team management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of basic accounting and financial principles.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.,High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
