PT Damar Gading is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Junior Purchasing Staff to join our team in Palembang, Sumatera Selatan. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the purchasing department in sourcing and procuring goods and services to meet the company's operational needs. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with limited experience in purchasing to gain valuable industry knowledge and skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation and negotiation of purchase orders and contracts.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and negotiate favorable terms.,Maintain accurate records of all purchasing activities and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Coordinate with suppliers to resolve any issues or discrepancies in orders.,Assist in the preparation of purchase reports and analysis for management.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in purchasing and supply chain management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 0-2 years of experience in purchasing or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with purchasing software and systems is a plus.,Proficient in English and Indonesian languages.,Ability to travel occasionally as required by the business.
