📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Provide technical support to employees and ensure the smooth operation of IT systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Maintain and update IT systems and software.
  • Monitor network performance and ensure security.
  • Assist in the implementation of new IT solutions.
  • Provide training and documentation to users.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support.
  • Strong knowledge of operating systems, networking, and security.
  • Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with cloud computing and virtualization technologies.
