📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Design and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
- Utilize LinkedIn, JobStreet, and Indeed to source and screen candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and conduct interviews.
- Conduct background checks and reference verifications.
- Coordinate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve the hiring process.
- Maintain and update job descriptions and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in recruitment and selection.
- Proven experience using recruitment software such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
