📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting job interviews and selecting the best candidates for the company.,Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with labor laws.,Facilitating employee training and development programs.,Handling employee grievances and conflicts, ensuring a harmonious work environment.,Assisting in the onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.,Conducting performance appraisals and providing feedback to employees.,Assisting in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian.,Previous experience in the hospitality or retail industry is a plus.
