Bold Port Group is looking for a dedicated HR Officer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various HR functions and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new and departing employees.,Manage employee benefits and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs to support the company's goals.,Handle employee relations issues, including grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions, in accordance with company policies.,Conduct regular employee engagement surveys and provide feedback to management.,Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations, and ensure compliance across the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.,Proven track record of managing multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
