Apotek Eko Laundry is looking for a motivated Deputy Purchasing Staff to join our team. This position is crucial in supporting our purchasing operations and ensuring the smooth supply of our products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in purchasing and a keen eye for detail.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the procurement of goods and services to meet the needs of the store.,Maintain and update the inventory system to ensure accurate records.,Monitor supplier performance and negotiate contracts to secure the best prices.,Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Assist in the preparation of purchase orders and invoices.,Support the purchasing manager in developing and implementing purchasing strategies.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Assist in the training of new staff on purchasing processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,1-3 years of experience in purchasing or a related field.,Strong knowledge of purchasing processes and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.,Ability to travel to suppliers as needed.
