📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Captain in managing the team and ensuring smooth operations,Coordinate with team members to ensure tasks are completed on time,Monitor team performance and provide feedback,Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members,Support the Captain in strategic planning and decision-making,Maintain a positive and productive work environment,Assist in the development and implementation of team policies and procedures,Support the Captain in representing the team in meetings and presentations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in team management or a similar role,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Proficient in using technology tools and software,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills,Familiarity with team management and leadership principles,Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with team members
