📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the planning and coordination of construction projects.
• Support project managers and site supervisors in the execution of construction activities.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, schedules, and progress updates.
• Assist in the procurement and management of construction materials and equipment.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient project completion.
• Support the implementation of quality control measures and best practices.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of project strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction project support or a related role.
• Familiarity with construction software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or Procore.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team and adapt to different work environments.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
