📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist the Team Leader in managing and developing the team.
  • Ensure that team goals are met and that team members are engaged and motivated.
  • Support the Team Leader in planning and implementing team activities and projects.
  • Provide feedback and guidance to team members to help them improve their performance.
  • Monitor team performance and provide regular reports to the Team Leader.
  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
  • Support the Team Leader in managing team conflicts and ensuring a positive work environment.
  • Participate in team meetings and provide input as needed.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership or team management role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proven track record of success in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with HR policies and procedures.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other team members and stakeholders.
