Sentral Intan Health Center is seeking a dedicated Assistant Logistics Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics coordination and a passion for improving efficiency and organization within our health center.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning and coordination of logistics activities to ensure timely and efficient delivery of supplies and equipment.,Maintain accurate records of inventory and track stock levels to prevent shortages and overstocking.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to negotiate prices and terms, and to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Monitor and manage the logistics budget to ensure cost-effective operations.,Assist in the organization and management of warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing goods.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure that medical supplies and equipment are available when needed.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency of our logistics processes.,Assist in the development and implementation of logistics policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in logistics coordination or a related field.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software, including Microsoft Office Suite.,Understanding of healthcare logistics and compliance with relevant regulations.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Familiarity with warehouse management systems and inventory tracking software is a plus.
