📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to drive sales and revenue growth.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities through effective networking and marketing strategies.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for business development.,Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management, highlighting key performance indicators and trends.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and initiatives.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competition, and market dynamics to inform sales strategies and tactics.,Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics as outlined in the company's sales plan.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Proven experience in sales, account management, or a similar role, preferably in a B2B environment.,Strong understanding of sales processes, techniques, and best practices.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using sales tools and software, such as CRM systems.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with the local market and industry trends in Deli Serdang, Sumatera Utara.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
