📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Collaborate with product teams to ensure that technical documentation is accurate and up-to-date,Review and edit technical content to ensure clarity and consistency,Develop and implement technical writing processes and procedures,Conduct user research to understand the needs of our customers and improve our technical documentation accordingly,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Mentor and train junior technical writers as needed,Work with the marketing team to create and maintain user guides and other customer-facing documentation

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely,Experience with documentation tools such as MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker, or Confluence,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Strong attention to detail and ability to review and edit technical content for accuracy and clarity,Experience with Agile methodologies and working in a cross-functional team environment
