USER Experience Researchers is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our digital transformation initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing complex projects, driving agile delivery, and ensuring successful outcomes. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.,Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of projects.,Facilitate and coach agile teams, promoting best practices and continuous improvement in project delivery.,Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of project outputs.,Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders, including senior management, and address any concerns or issues.,Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures, and drive continuous improvement in project management practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record in leading complex projects.,Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience in driving agile delivery in digital transformation projects.,Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and manage high-performing teams.,Proficient in project management tools and technologies, including but not limited to JIRA, Confluence, and MS Project.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Experience in working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
