We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager, Application & Digital Solutions to join our team. Lead and manage a team of application and digital solutions experts to deliver high-quality, innovative solutions to our clients.,Oversee the development and implementation of digital strategies and solutions that align with our clients' business objectives.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of digital solutions into our clients' operations.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of digital solutions, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the digital space, and drive innovation within the team.,Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.,Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored digital solutions that drive business growth.,Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure the successful delivery of digital solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in application and digital solutions management, with a proven track record of success.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.,In-depth knowledge of digital technologies, including cloud computing, data analytics, and AI.,Experience in managing remote teams and working in a virtual environment.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is a must. Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.,Proven ability to drive innovation and deliver high-quality digital solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations.
