📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Developing innovative and aesthetically pleasing facade designs that enhance the functionality and beauty of buildings.,Creating detailed and accurate construction drawings and technical specifications for facade systems.,Collaborating with architects, engineers, and other design professionals to ensure design integrity and compliance with project requirements.,Conducting research and staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in facade design.,Presenting design concepts to clients and stakeholders, and providing clear and concise explanations of design choices.,Managing multiple projects simultaneously, and meeting tight deadlines.,Ensuring that all designs comply with local building codes and regulations.,Providing technical support and guidance to junior designers and drafters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in facade design and drafting.,Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other CAD software, with experience in creating detailed and accurate construction drawings.,Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and standards relevant to facade design.,Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex design concepts to clients and stakeholders.,Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.,Experience working on premium architecture projects in Bali or a similar location is a plus.,Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
