📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Identifying and developing sales opportunities through market research, customer visits, and networking.
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships by providing excellent customer service and support.
• Achieving sales targets and contributing to the company's revenue growth.
• Developing and implementing effective sales strategies and plans.
• Monitoring and analyzing sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Providing regular sales reports and updates to the management team.
• Collaborating with the marketing team to promote our products and services.
• Attending trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to showcase our products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant sales tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Familiarity with the Yogyakarta and Semarang markets is a plus.
