📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.,Manage and motivate a team of staff to deliver high-quality food and service.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure optimal stock management.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner.,Conduct regular staff training and development programs.,Prepare and present financial reports to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and best practices.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
