📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs that align with the company's strategic goals,Identify training and development needs of employees and design appropriate solutions,Create and deliver training materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and seminars,Conduct needs assessments, training evaluations, and feedback sessions,Collaborate with department heads and managers to integrate learning and development initiatives into the workplace,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development or a related role,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles,Experience with e-learning platforms and tools,Excellent communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus
