Diamond Point Berjaya is looking for a Deputy Bookkeeper to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Bookkeeper in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic and growing company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports,Process and record daily financial transactions,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records,Prepare and submit monthly financial reports,Assist in the reconciliation of bank statements and accounts,Provide support in the preparation of budget forecasts and variance analysis,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and other financial filings

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a bookkeeping or accounting role,Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices,Excellent organizational and time management skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages
