📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct comprehensive credit analysis of existing and prospective clients, including reviewing financial statements, credit history, and market conditions.
• Develop and maintain credit policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory requirements and internal guidelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including underwriting, risk management, and legal, to ensure consistent and accurate credit decisions.
• Monitor and report on credit portfolio performance, identifying trends and risks, and recommending appropriate actions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in credit analysis.
• Provide training and support to junior analysts and other team members as needed.
• Assist in the preparation of loan agreements, credit facilities, and other financial documents.
• Participate in due diligence processes for new clients, including site visits and interviews with key personnel.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate credit analysis, with a strong background in financial analysis and risk assessment.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential for this role.
• Familiarity with credit analysis software, such as Bloomberg, FactSet, or similar tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations and leasing industry best practices is a plus.
• Certification in corporate credit analysis (e.g., ACFA, CPA, CFA) is a plus but not required.
